Hit the books!

How could I ever have forgotten that I am naturally one to procrastinate? It’s annoying. I have yet to read anything and the more I tell myself this, the more I don’t do anything about it. I can only hope that I won’t sleep in class because I am capable of sleeping even in a half an hour insurance briefing at work yesterday. Nonetheless, I am up early and trying to think of what to bring and what to do after school since le girlfriend will be working till late. ):

Met up with Shima Suriati last night and was let on a few gossips here and there. Amusing. We were even reminiscing about the gummy bears I flushed, ate and sat on! Sometimes I grow to miss the MI days as I always like to say. But thinking about the kind of drama girls in general are capable of, I must say I am perfectly content living in my own little cocoon, however imperfect it may all seem.

One, Eight, Two.

When you arrive at the doorstep at midnight, with plugs in your ears, at the gate, your tired face lit up and your lips curved into the most saccharine smile, I know, that you’re in love with me.

When you painstakingly dice the garlic, chopped some chillies, mixing the pasta and your forehead drips with perspiration from the heat while still managing a smile for my shutter, I know, that you’re in love with me.

When you hide behind the most unnoticeable corner of my workplace, acting all inconspicuous, phoning me at the exact time you know I’m done, then firmly gripping my hands, walking briskly, I know that you’re in love with me.

But when you decide that you want to hold me close, smell my clothes, put your arms around my waist, mend my toes, my bruises and care for my ears, give me hope, love my nose, I know that I’m head over heels, in love with you.

So thank you for being my salvation, you have always been there when I needed you the most.

A one track mind like me.

Societal obligation or Self-imposed? When it comes to all the big decisions in life, in this instance; marriage, one cannot help but ponder..hmm anyway,

I attended DND last night at Watercross, Beach Culture. It was not as good as the last. Most of the people I let my hair down with has left the company. Nonetheless, I’m grateful to have made new friends. Ha ha. Theme of the night was Hawaii and my, people really do dress up with traditional Hawaii leis made of faux flowers. I had a blast. And it is even better to know that Kidd Surani is always there, whenever I’m at a remote part of the island to take me home. Thank you my love.

Currently exploring the UNISIM portal. Hmm, got to go! Happy weekends!
